Pack tray

The tray under your pack makes the first things you need: stone tools, a campfire, torches and a workbench.

Lay wood, stone and fibre on the tray, pick Stone axe and strike; the axe flies into the pack.

Craft on the tray

Slide the tray out from your Field pack.
Page through the designs. Its own colours means you can afford it, blue means you are short of something.
Hammer the plate until the item flies into your pack.

Open the pack onto the tray and flick through designs: stone maul, then stone axe.

Stone tools, a Campfire, a Cooking stick, torches, a Bedroll and sleeping and the Workbench. Everything else comes from machines.

Strike materials on the tray to craft a stone maul; it appears in the pack.

The tray works anywhere, even deep in a torchlit cave.
