What they are
Dripwings hang folded from the roof of a shaft or gallery, with two violet points of eye. A lit torch in your hand draws them, and so does movement. A player standing still in the dark goes unnoticed.
What they do
They dive at the flame and knock the Torches out of your hand. It lands still burning, so you can pick it up again. With no torch, they claw at the head and shoulders of whoever moves.
A blow to the body tumbles one to the floor, and it flies again.
Dealing with them
A burning Campfire keeps them from attacking anyone close to it, so make your stand beside one.
