What they are
A Pitcoil hangs in the dark under a stalactite, only its eyes catching the light. When you pass beneath, it lashes down, wraps you and bites at your face. Every bite lands, and your view darkens and your hands buzz as the jaws shut.
Dealing with them
Its body is tough and its head is weak, and it jerks aside from most shots. Carry a Torches and look up in caves with hanging rock, then go for the head.
