Gather and make

Fruit and planting

Picked fruit grows back. Drop a ripe plum or berries on good soil and a new plant takes root.

Take a sapling from the pack and drop it on the soil; a tiny sprout appears and grows.

Picking

Close a grip on fruit to pluck it. Ripe fruit feeds you much more. The spot grows back over time, faster if you sleep through a night.

Grab ripe pink berries from a bush.

Planting

Take ripe fruit out of your pack and let it drop on grass or soil with room around it. It roots where it lands.

CarefulA ripe plum dropped on open grass plants itself and is gone. Keep food you want to eat in the pack.

Growing

Plants start growing quickly and are fully grown after a while. A sapling from a felled tree roots the same way when you let it drop on soil. Breaking a young sapling gives the seed back. A planted tree waits rather than grow into a machine or a house, and a tree you fell stays felled.
